1st visit – Risk stratification (disease status, bio-social needs, expectations & covered services)

“Cancer Year” or “N of One – Health Year” care plan projection

Prior authorization and “Care Path” adherence

Fees proportionate to “Health Year”, patient expectations, and health insurance covered services

2nd opinions – allow patients to fax records to 913-396-6502

Operating Hours

Mon : 24 hours/Day

Tue : 24 hours/Day

Wed : 24 hours/Day

Thu : 24 hours/Day

Fri : 24 hours/Day

Sat : 24 hours/Day

Sun : 24 hours/Day

Dr. ET is in his office for appointments Wednesday and Friday from 1 - 6 pm. Evening, extended and weekend hours by appointment.
